STLP - Infant & Toddler Programs
Steps to Learning Preschool (STLP) provides child care and education for age 3 months to 2 years. Our young infant program (3 to 18 months) is designed around your child’s needs and his/her own schedule. We believe that an infant’s emotional support is as important as his/her physical growth. In our infant program, we will sing and read stories, hold and hug and do our best to create a warm and loving environment for your young child.
Our Toddler program (18 months to 2.5 years) will follow a daily schedule that supports age appropriate curriculum.
Hours of Operation:
Infant/Toddler Program: Monday through Friday 7:30 am to 5 pm
Infant/Toddler Program has flexible programs available as follows:
7:30 am to 5 pm: 5 to 3 Days, Full Days (Exceeding 6 hours per Day)
9 am to 3 pm: 5 to 3 Days: 3/4 Days (Exceeding 4 hours per Day)
8 am to 12 pm: 5 to 3 Days: 1/2 Days (Equal or less than 4 hours per Day)
Toddler Daily Schedule
7:30-8:30 - Welcome, Indoor Activity
8:30-9:00 - Diapering, Toilet Training
9:00-9:30 - Breakfast
9:30-11:00 - Circle Time, Indoor Activity Time
11:00-11:30 - Outdoor Activity Time
11:30-12:00 - Lunch
12:00-12:15 - Diapering, Toilet Training
12:30-2:30 - Rest Time/Nap
2:30-3:00 - Wakeup/Toileting
3:00-3:15 - Snack
3:15-4:30 - Indoor & Outdoor Playtime
4:30-5:00 - Free Play, Cleanup & Parent Pickup
